1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website (merutech.in) or engaging MeruTech Digital Solutions for professional software development, consulting, or website maintenance, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services & Proposals

MeruTech Digital Solutions offers bespoke software development, web applications, mobile app development (Android / React Native), deployment setup, and ongoing website maintenance.

All client engagements are governed by an agreed project scope, defining deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules. Any additions outside the agreed scope are treated as scope revisions and estimated separately.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, all custom code, design assets, and content created specifically for the client become the client's exclusive property.
• Pre-Existing Tools & Libraries: Open-source frameworks, third-party libraries (e.g., React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS), and developer utilities remain licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).
• Founder Digital Products: Standalone products created by the founder (including PujaPadhati, Satyanarayan Puja & Katha, and AartiSangrah) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the founder.

4. Client Responsibilities

Successful project delivery relies on mutual collaboration. Clients agree to:

• Provide required text copy, logos, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Provide appropriate delegated developer access to domain registrars or hosting platforms when deployment services are requested.
• Verify that all client-supplied media and assets do not infringe on third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

5. Warranties & Limitations

We pride ourselves on writing high-quality, typed, and well-tested software. However, software and web infrastructure depend on third-party cloud providers, operating systems, and browser updates.

Services are provided without guarantees of specific commercial revenue, sales conversions, or search engine positions. To the extent permitted by law, MeruTech Digital Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, domain expiration neglect by the client, or platform policy changes (such as Google Play Store policy revisions).

6. Maintenance & Ongoing Support

Ongoing maintenance is available as an optional, separate service agreement. Websites deployed without an active maintenance arrangement are handed over upon launch, and subsequent updates or fixes are scheduled subject to developer availability.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any commercial engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
